At The Lifting Corporation Pty Ltd (“TLC”), we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

Items eligible for return must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging, or
• Deemed faulty

If you are returning an item after the 30-day window, it must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of used items after 30 days.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at Theliftingcorporation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Theliftingcorporation@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
